"When I was a young boy, my father took me into the city to see a marching band. He said, "Son when you grow up, would you be the savior of the broken, the beaten and the damned?" He said "Will you defeat them, your demons, and all the non-believers, the plans that they have made?" "Because one day I'll leave you, a phantom to lead you in the summer to join the black parade."-My Chemical Romance
Welcome to this week's edition of the Entertainment Report.
Believe it or not this has not been as busy of a week as you would think. While the report is jammed back with news, especially wrestling and the NHL, it's like the calm before the storm that is Wrestlemania week.
The only real news in our world is the launching of the Podcast Center over the weekend. It's a huge step for the Report and hopefully will help promote this blog to more people. Last week to launch we started The Blake and Sal Show, our flagship show, and Admit No One, our movie review podcast. There will be more shows debuting soon.
For more updates on the shows and everything else having to do with the Report, following @EReport1 on Twitter.
Puzzled and Polished had a huge week as they reached their goal of $711.11 for the Autism Speaks Walk Now team Cristian's Cruisers! That being said the walk is next Saturday, 4/6/13, and Mandy is looking for more walkers so jump over to the facebook page and drop a line if you are interested in joining in.

Blake Update
1st/2nd Round: 19-17
Correct Teams in Sweet 16: 8
This was an interesting week for the show. Outside if one real storyline advancement, not much really happened in this show but it was so much fun it didn't matter. Let me just say I'm a stickler for guilty pleasure themed shows no matter what so when their show started I was excited.
With Will calling in sick, Blaine & Sam stepped up and ran the Glee club for the week. They set the theme and set the pace with Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go and Copacabana. Blaine also blew everyone away with an amazing live piano performance of Against All Odds. The girls (including Unique), after a very entertaining Foundu For Two with Britney & Kitty, did a hysterically fun rendition of Wannabe. After this Marley confronted Jake on the fact that he was going to perform a Chris Brown song. While I understand their point of view, there really should be a divide between music and the artists' actions. That being said he performed Bobby Brown's My Prerogative which led to a great moment where he didn't know the history of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston. It's a sign of the generation gaps I always like to explore, especially when watching the show.
Finally in New York, after his altercation with Finn, Brody left Rachel. Santana, who apparently moved back in, revealed to her that he was a jiggalo. This led to Brody & Rachel having a long, almost dare I say mature, argument/discussion officially breaking up. This led to a strange duet of Creep, which is really the only take it or leave it performance on the show.
With that said and done, Rachel went back to the apartment and her, Kurt and Santana broke out Mamma Mia which was also performed in Lima to close out the show.
Before I get any hate tweets, yes I'm aware I passed over the Blam conversation. I didn't think it really needed to addressed because it really didn't lead to anything.
That's Glee for three weeks. Not sure what this break is about but it's a short break nonetheless.
In this weeks' show the teams had to use a glass truck to create a marketing campaign for Farouk Systems Products.
Guest Judge: Arsenio Hall
Team Plan B Project Manager: Marilu Henner
For me they did everything right. They used their truck for the actual product, had Trace was on top of the truck playing guitar, Miss Universe, Gary Busey being the Angel of Silk and just a more fun experience.
Winnings: $50,000 (plus $1 per like on facebook up to $50,000)
Team Power Project Manager: Claudia Jordan
Well first they had Miss Universe taken from under their nose, then they didn't use the truck to the best of their abilities. The only real highlight was Lil Jon dressed like Uncle Sam.
Brought Back to the Boardroom: Claudia Jordan, Lil Jon & Dennis Rodman
Fired: Claudia Jordan
Say what? What the hell was Lil Jon doing here? Omarosa was recognized as one of the weakest players with Rodman. Rodman, though to his credit fought for his life and got Claudia fired.
Gary Busey Quote of the Week
"I can see fart gas, alot of people can't but I can. FART stands for Feeling A Rectal Transmission and Lisa Rhinna is so good at that, she couldn't stop. She sounded like a symphony of farting trombones."
Episode: Cryptozoic Men
The main topic of conversation this week was that Walt had an idea to have him, Mike, Ming & Bryan team up to make a comic book. They came up with The Cryptozoic Man, a horror story based on various legendary myths like the Jersey Devil and Bigfoot. They made a video, with Ming as Bigfoot and an awesome introduction by Stan Lee himself, and presented it to Nick Barrucci of Dynamite Enterainment and got the yes to be published.
The items brought up were a Millennium Falcon prop that was displayed at Toys R Us in 1997, which was very awesome, a 1977 Mattel Godzilla Shogun Warriors figure and a copy of Creep #1 autographed by Jim Warren & Frank Frejettic.
3/21/13-New Jersey at Carolina
After missing 13 games with a pitched nerve in his neck, Martin Brodeur came back with a vengeance. He made 17 saves, including 11 in the first, oh and set a new NHL record by scoring his third career goal. Did I mention it was a power play goal? How? Well it was a delayed penalty call on Marek Zidlicky, Marty swept the puck to the corner and Jordan Staal sent a pass down the ice and it went in the empty net and it was credited to Marty. Adam Henrique, Peter Harrold and Andrei Loktionov also scored for the Devils to lead to a 4-1 victory.
3/23/13-Florida at New Jersey
The Devils continued their winning ways as Martin Brodeur recorded win #666, beating the hapless Panther 2-1. The big news coming out of the game though was that Ilya Kovalchuk went down with a shoulder injury (out 2-4 weeks, not requiring surgery) in the third period. Patrik Elias and David Clarkson each scored goals and Travis Zajac got the lone assist on both goals.
3/25/13-New Jersey at Ottawa
After a hard fought back and forth game, the Senator edged out the Devils in a shootout victory by Mika Zibanejad's fourth round shot. While the Devils never had a lead, they did get goals from Andrei Loktionov and an extremely beautiful sale effort from Marek Zidlicky.
After a few days off, the Devils head down for a weekend in Florida. First on Friday night, they head to Tampa Bay to play the Lightning, then over to Miami on Saturday to face off against the Florida Panthers. Finally on Monday night, the Islanders come to visit The Rock.
3/22/13-Peoria at Milwaukee
Led by a power play goal by Austin Watson and 24 saves by Mangus Hellberg, the Ads continued their winning ways by defeated the Rivermen 3-1. Mark Van Guilder and Brad Winchester also scored in the huge victory.
3/23/13-Toronto at Milwaukee
The Marlies came into Milwaukee and pulled out a huge come from behind 3-2 overtime victory on a late winning goal by Greg Scott. The Ads had a 2-1 lead on goals by Brad Winchester and Anthony Bitetto and despite getting 21 shots on goal in the second period couldn't add on to their lead. Jerry D'Amigo went on to tie the game for Toronto in the 3rd forcing the overtime.
3/24-Milwaukee at Chicago
Led by a goal and an assist by Craig Smith, the Admirals beat the Wolves 4-1 to win the Amtrak Rivalry Cup. Brad Winchester and Austin Waston each scored for Milwaukee and Michael Latta put the game away with an empty netter.
3/27/13-Lake Erie at Milwaukee
The Ads' seven game point streak was broke by the Monsters 1-0. Paul Carey scored the lone goal early in the first and Sami Aittokallio made 33 saves for the shutout.
The Admirals start up April with a three game road trip. Friday and Tuesday night they head to Rockford to play the Icehogs and in the middle on Saturday night they head to Chicago to play the Wolves.
Chivas USA made their only trip to the Windy City this pass weekend, and made it one to remember. Looking for their first goal of the season, the men in red came out with a strong attacking game plan. Testing "The Goats" goalkeeper, Dan Kennedy early with opportunities coming from Chris Rolfe and Sherjill MacDonald. The scores remained deadlocked at halftime, until Chivas was able to open the scoring midway through the second half. A quick answer from Fire midfielder Patrick Nyarko, seemed to give the Fire some life, and their first tally of the season. The next twenty five minutes though, is something Chicago would like to erase from memory, as the visitors from Los Angeles, finished three consecutive goals to take a 4-1 advantage. A surprise result that shocked the league. The Fire look to put this loss behind them as they face the New York Redbulls Sunday April 7th at Toyota Park in the Southern Suburbs of Chicago.
The US Mens National team recently took a 1-0 victory in Colorado over Costa Rica. A game that was played during a heavy snow storm, was the topic of conversation throughout the country for days after the match. Continuing their qualification for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, the US visited their Rivals from the South Mexico. Mexico's stadium is known as the Azteca, which is one of the most toughest soccer arena's in the world to play in. The dedicated Mexico fans are passionate about their team. A sold out stadium with a capacity of 104,000 soccer enthusiats, saw the US and Mexico end the match with a 0-0 draw, resulting in a point for each team. To escape the Azteca with a draw is considered a win for the Americans. Only once have the "Yanks" defeated Mexico in Mexico City.
- WWE announced that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be the celebrity inductor for legend Bruno Sammartino at the WWE Hall of Fame. It seems so random but apparently they are friends in the real world.

- Last Thursday night on Impact Wrestling, TNA announced new rules for the X Division. There will be a 230 pound weight limit. Every match is now a triple threat match. In title matches, the winner is obviously the champion, the person who isn't pinned will advance to the next little match. The person who was pinned will be in a triple threat match with two other guys with the winner advancing to the title match with the original two guys. Take a breath, it does make sense if you think about it.
- Chris Masters saved his mother from an arsine fire, caused by her disgruntled neighbor who barricaded her in the house, by pulling a tree out by the roots and smashing it through a window to bring her safety. You really can't make that up at all. Just amazing.

- Ric Flair was pulled from Raw this week because of a blood clot on his leg. This is his blood clot scare since December.
