NHL 2010-2011 Preview

I can't believe the time has come. It's opening day of the NHL season! Woo-hoo!!!! So I was trying to figure out how I could go through and make some predictions for this upcoming season. So I figured I'd pick the teams I think are going to make the playoffs, which includes division winners and 1-8 rankings. I will do this again come the all-star break.

Eastern Conference

6. Ottawa Senators
7. Carolina Hurricanes

Western Conference

1. Chicago Blackhawks (Central)
2. San Jose Sharks (Pacific)
3. Vancouver Canucks (Northwest)
4. Nashville Predators
5. Detroit Red Wings
