Dancing with the Stars:The Finale Part 2 (11/23/10) *Live Blog*

For the first time all season, I'm actually writing this review as I watch the show. I've actually been looking forward to this show all day, actually more than Glee, hard to believe eh? So I will be doing this on the fly and by pure reaction and without much thought including my honest reaction to the winner.

Kyle and Lacey
Favorite Dance:Tango (This was one of my favorite dance of the season by them. They were awesome so there's alot to live up to.)

Okay I still don't get how Adam Lambert is rock, but for tonight I will just ignore that. Okay this is alot more intense than the first time, and ALOT cleaner. You can totally tell that Kyle has drasticly improved.

Bristol and Mark
Favorite Dance:Tango (What is with the Rock week dances? I thought this was one of her best, but should be interseting how she redoes it,)

Wow, Bristol HAS LEARNED. Totally alot smoother than the first time but to be honest not as much energy as the first time. Just felt like she was trying too hard and not having enough fun.

Favorite Dance:Viennese Waltz (This was a very emotional dance the first time they did it on opening night)

Okay, well this was fantastic again. Maybe even better than the first time. This was smooth and extremely clean.

Instant Cha-Cha

(order of couples is order they danced in)

Live Note:Okay from what I understand, they didn't find out the song they were dancing to till just now (8:43pm CT) and then right away they found out the order they were going to dance. They will dance later in the show. This should be interseting.

Now it's time for the Instant Cha Cha (9:37pm CT)....

Damn! This was by far Bristol's best dance of the season, at least she's going to go out with a major high note.

This is going to be soooo tough! I don't know what's going to happen!

3rd Place: Bristol/Mark
This was a duh! At least they went out and saved the best for last.

2nd Place: Kyle/Lacey
Well, this was my pick, and they should have won. But what can you do? They had an amazing ride.

Winner: Jennifer/Derek
The obvious winners. Nothing else to say. They earned it and this is no big surprise.

This has been a crazy season but I enjoyed myself. I might just have to watch this show from now on!

When this season started, I would have never expected that it was going to come down to these things. A little cliche? Yes, but it's the truth. I've been trying to figure out a way to do this blog, especially since there's still two dances left to be done so I think the easiest way is this way.
