Last night on Idol, I admit I'm speechless. When they used the save on Casey two weeks ago, it was hoped that they wouldn't regret using it so early. Besides they only get ONE save per season. There's no way that could ever happen again this season, right?

Right when I have this show figured out, everyone steps up and churns out an amazing Rock & Roll Hall of Fame night. Let's get into it...

Jacob
Song: Man in the Mirror
Blake: Really good. His best of the season. No doubt at all. He found the pefect song for him.

Mandy: I did not want to maim Jacob tonight. Still way too theatric and too many funny faces, but my favorite performance of his.

Haley
Song: Piece of My Heart
Blake: She finally brought out her inner Joplin and it sounded good. Wow. Where did that come from?

Mandy: I kind of loved Haley tonight. She was sassy, bluesy and gave the performance she needed to. Plus she wasn't a whore-bonus!

Casey
Song: Have You Ever Seen the Rain?
Blake: Breaking out the bass tonight. He sounds straight out of the 60s and that's a good thing. I really liked it.

Mandy: Casey's in his element tonight, and I adored it! I am so glad they saved him because this performance had it all. He's back!

Lauren
Song: Natural Woman
Blake: That was an awesome performance. no her best but I really liked it.

Mandy: Lauren is not a woman yet, but she sure sounded like one. She reminds me so much of Kelly Clarkson and that same song made her.

James
Song: While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Blake: No used to him singing slow. IIt was actually nice to hear something different. Really liked it.

Mandy: James was great! He needed to show America that he could tone it down a notch and still wow us. A softer side was welcomed!

Scotty
Song: That's Alright Momma
Blake: Leave it to Scotty to make Elvis country. I liked it alot. Very fun

Mandy: Scotty showed he's not a one trick pony. Great performance overall, as it was great to see his personality! He nails it again.

Pia
Song: River Deep-Mountain High
Blake: Didn't picture her singing this song. But damn she can sing fast paced music! Very nice and awesome pyro!

Mandy: Pia was amazing! Her song could be a hit on the radio now. She proved herself and I can't wait to see what else she's got.

Blake: Whoa! This was fantastic! Another stunning performance! I don't even know what to say. I think alot of women's panties were soaked after that.

Mandy: Stefano, Stefano. Such a sexy song and beautiful performance. I think he was singing to Pia, but all the ladies love his swag!

Paul
Song: Folsom Prison Blues
Blake: Okay wow. Even Paul broke out his guitar and his A game tonight. This is a REALLY tough song to perform and he made it his own. Simply amazing.

Mandy: Paul rocked the house tonight! He's not growing on me any...fine, he may be. Just a little. I didn't want to kick him.

Tough Enough:The Revival Debut

This week Tough Enough finally returned to television and I couldn't be happier.

Stone Cold Steve Austin makes a very good host. He's believeable and uses his WWE celebrity to his advantage. People respect him for everything he's accomplished. But at the same time he's such a hardass.

The coaches started off well, Trish, Booker and Bill DeMott were good. Hopefully we get to see more of them in the weeks to come.

Now for the bottom three...

Michelle-The "11 year vet" who looked greener than some of the rookies on the show.
Eric-The independent wrestler who joined this show completely out of shape.
Ariane-The girl who just came on to be a diva.

I'm so happy that Stone Cold sent Ariane home. She didn't have the passion for the business that you need to make it in the industry. I doesn't matter if you are new to wrestling, you should at least learn your history before going on a show like this. She pretty much slid her fate when she said her favorite match was Melina vs. Alica Fox. I'm sorry no offense to Melina and all but that's a joke, Alica Fox should be no where near the top matches ever.

Personally I can't wait to take the time to review this show over the next 14 weeks. I get to talk about wrestling with no issues for the next 14 weeks. What more can a die hard fan ask for?

I blame the WWE HOF going head to head with Y2J's dance for the reason he was in the bottom. His fans weren't watching. Simple as that.
